Nova Scotia Health and Wellness Deputy Minister pushes use of The Cochrane Library at Senate meeting on Social Affairs, Science and Technology
Kevin McNamara, the Deputy Minister of Health and Wellness for the Government of Nova Scotia, pushed the government to rely on evidence-based resources such as The Cochrane Library at the Standing Senate Committee meeting on Social Affairs, Science and Technology in early December. The Senators met to discuss the continuing study to examine progress in implementing the 2004, 10-Year Plan to Strengthen Health Care in Canada. This was their thirteenth and final meeting.
