We want to hear from you!

Thank you for participating in the Canadian Cochrane Centre's What's your story? competition.

We know the evidence found in Cochrane Reviews is used every day by health practitioners, consumers/patients, carers, and policy-makers all over the world to make health treatment and health system decisions. We want to hear how you've used Cochrane evidence to make your decisions, whether they be clinical, personal, policy-related, or involving any other area. Hearing how Cochrane evidence has affected your health and healthcare decisions, in turn, gives us powerful evidence to show our supporters and funders that the work of The Cochrane Collaboration in Canada is making a difference in the lives of Canadians.

We're also interested in hearing how Cochrane training or involvement has affected your career or professional development.

Stories and quotes you submit will be used throughout our website, annual report, funder reports and various other promotional materials to provide an overall basis of the support Cochrane Canada has and the impact Cochrane Review evidence has on various levels of health care all over the country.

Not only will you be helping us by submitting your stories, but each participant will be awarded a $5 Starbucks gift certificate as our thanks to you.
